Cola Kombucha – A Holiday Botanical Brew 🎄 

Our limited-release Cola Kombucha reimagines a classic flavor as a festive, botanical-forward winter tonic. We refined our recipe from last year making this a more balanced kombucha. Brewed in small batches, this holiday kombucha layers warm spices, bright citrus, and traditional roots to create a nostalgic cola profile—rooted in real ingredients and inspired by the season’s rituals of comfort and restoration.

We start with orange and lemon peel, along with a splash of lime juice, bringing a lively vitamin C boost.

Vanilla bean and lavender soften the blend with a calming floral sweetness, while cinnamon, nutmeg, and star anise add the warming spice the colder months call for.

 Licorice root, ginger root, birch bark, dandelion root, and burdock root are associated with grounding, digestion, and seasonal resilience.

The result is a naturally effervescent kombucha that tastes like the holidays in a glass: bright, spiced, nostalgic, and quietly restorative. A perfect companion for fireside evenings, festive gatherings, or simply slowing down to savor the season.
