Our kombucha is raw, organic and small batch. Kombucha is made from a blend of green and black tea that’s fermented 12-14 days. The resulting beverage contains live cultures, probiotics and bioavailable vitamins and minerals. It is an excellent tonic for digestion, elevates mood and boosts immunity.

Reishi Rose- Reishi mushroom and rose petals offer an earthy yet floral taste. Evoke a sense of self love with this adaptogenic blend.

Blue Dream- A blend of spirulina and Iowa hops make for a beautiful blue kombucha. Release tension and boost nutrients.

Rosie’s Cherry Ginger- concept created by our oldest daughter. Slightly tart, slightly sweet and full of antioxidants.

May Flavor of the Month

Nurture is a collaboration with my friend Monique of Meadow Witch. The brew is rich in vitamins and minerals made more bioavailable from the fermentation process. We collaborated with Monique for a women’s focused brew in honor of Mother’s Day. She designed the blend to support the female body. While it was created for women, this brew is great for anyone. The high content of vitamins and minerals will benefit all bodies and leave you feeling revitalized. These are the herbs featured in the booch:

-Nettle leaf: blood builder containing vitamins A, C, E, F, K and minerals - magnesium, iron, copper, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, silica, iodine, and so much more!

-Red raspberry leaf: traditional uterine tonic containing vitamins A, B, C, E and minerals - calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, and potassium.

-Oatstraw: nuritive nerve tonic containing iron, calcium, magnesium, and B-complex vitamins.

-Lemon balm: high levels of antioxidants and is known to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

-Peppermint: Eases digestion, natural energy boost, promotes restful sleep, High in antioxidants.

Purple Picard

Purple Picard is our play on an Earl Grey kombucha and an ode to Lindsey’s love of Star Trek: Next Generation. Captain Jean Luc Picard’s drink of choice is “Earl Grey, hot” (IYKYK). This brew is best served cold but brings forth the flavors of a classic Earl Grey tea. We decided against using Earl Grey tea because we could not find an Earl Grey tea without added bergamot flavor or bergamot essential oil. Instead, we cold soaked organic, Italian bergamot peels in our fermented base tea. Bergamot is what gives Earl Grey its unique, citrusy taste and offers medicinal benefits. In Italy it has been used as an immune booster because of its anti bacterial properties and high content of Vitamin C. Other uses include reducing fevers, alleviating stress, minimizing anxiety and improving digestion.

Butterfly pea flowers give this brew it’s beautiful spring color. Butterfly Pea Flower has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine as an herb for the brain to alleviate anxiety, depression and stress and enhance memory. The Latin name of butterfly pea flower, Clitoria ternatea, speaks to its healing properties for the reproductive system. It serves the womb during a women’s bleed and aides in sperm production. Butterfly pea flower is high in antioxidants and an anti inflammatory which makes it a great tonic for skin and hair. The anti inflammatory properties make it beneficial for digestion, alleviating nausea and reducing indigestion. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, it has been shown to reduce the irritation of the lungs and other respiratory organs. it is an excellent remedy for colds and coughs. Spiritually, butterfly pea flower represents transformation.
